The proposal presented took into account the current legislation, given the importance of the location of the buildings, the topography and the surroundings, avoiding the de-characterization of the place.

The study proposes the conservation of the windmill and the remodeling of the existing buildings, which are in an advanced state of degradation and do not benefit the landscape.

The existing ruin includes the main building, intended for housing, with two floors above ground level. The simple lines of the proposal, as well as the colors and materials that the project contains, represent an architecture that wants to dialogue with the surroundings. The simplicity of the materials wants to exalt the existing, in order to make the project compatible with the landscape, highlighting it.

The aesthetic expression, to be developed in the treatment of elevations, embodies a proposal for a traditional architectural language. The design lines follow a similar connotation of the existing one, highlighting the built.

The naturalness of the terrain and the regularity of the proposal clarify the difference between the natural and the built, between the old and the new.
