Inserted in an urbanization of single-family houses, the developed program consecrates a house with two floors for residential use, consisting of ground floor and 1st floor. 

Simple lines and geometric shapes were adopted, with a modern architectural language, favoring the use of natural materials, such as stone and white walls.

The primacy of privacy presided over the architectural proposal: in this context, concrete slats were used, which allowed the entry of natural light and ventilation, contributing to the sustainability of the building and protecting the interior space. In the same sense, a solution was conceived in which the human experience is developed in the interior axis of the building, in social areas, both internal and external.

The orientation adopted also aimed at protecting the prevailing winds in the region and valuing sun exposure.
