Benefiting from an exceptional location, just a few meters from the coast, a solution was developed with simple lines and geometric shapes, in a modern architectural language, favoring natural materials, such as wood and stone, and the use of white colored walls.

A volume was designed, partially supported on the basement and partially suspended, in order to give it lightness. This effect is accentuated by the overhanging terrace, adjacent to the ground floor, taking advantage of the natural slope of the land. Maximizing the relationship between the interior and exterior creates the feeling of open space and expands the visual perception of the permitted construction.  

The rear elevation - where the entrance is located - is framed by concrete slats, painted white, mimicked in the wooden slats that fill the entire facade, hiding the lighting spans and disguising the main door. This solution aims to provide verticality and dynamism to a horizontal volume.

The architectural proposal was based on the use of generous openings that allow the entry of natural light and ventilation, contributing to the sustainability of the building and promoting dialogue with the garden and surrounding views.

The orientation of the building also allows protection from the prevailing winds in the region and the enhancement of sun exposure.
