Inserted in an urbanization of single-family houses, the developed program enshrines a house with three floors for residential use, comprising a basement, ground floor and first floor. In order to benefit from the excellent location and surrounding views, several outdoor living areas were created, such as the uncovered terraces on the roof and first floor, the fire pit and the area adjacent to the pool.

Simple lines and geometric shapes were adopted, in a contemporary architectural language, favoring white on the walls and the use of wooden slats. The aesthetic expression, developed in the treatment of the elevations, substantiates a sober, simple and current language proposal.

The distribution of the rooms was guided by the primacy of privacy, allowing direct communication with the outside (patio, garden and pool). Over the respective lighting spans, composite profiles slide (evoking wooden slats), allowing for shading and natural ventilation, naturally contributing to the sustainability of the building, and, not least, giving lightness to a sober and framed volume. .
