Located in Lagos, L06 House is part of an urbanization of single-family houses. The program is developed in a house with 3 floors for residential use, consisting of a basement, ground floor and first floor.

Simple lines and geometric shapes were adopted, with a modern architectural language, favoring the use of materials such as wood, concrete and white walls.

The architectural proposal aimed to safeguard privacy, using wooden slats, which allow natural light and ventila- tion, contributing to the sustainability of the building and protecting the interior space.

The exposed concrete, used in part of the first floor, broke the white, predominant in the walls, and gave solidity and movement to the volumes. The orientation adopted also aimed at protecting the prevailing winds in the region and valuing sun exposure.
